At Daric, we call our customer support DaricPal, a department where we try to be much more than just a card delivery service. It’s important to us to develop a relationship with our customers, so they never hesitate to ask us for help and feel that we are there for them as they journey through Iran.
We offer extra services such as helping our customers come up with the perfect itinerary, or sorting out any trouble spots in the ones they already have. We are here to help them purchase, or find a ticket, to suggest an accommodation, or to answer questions about the culture. In return, they come back to us and share their great travel stories!
At Daric, we always lead with the values that are so important to us.
Our Values in Daric
Integrity: We believe that growth should always be accompanied with respect for national and international values
Tourism connects people: We believe that tourism has the power to bring nations together and is a means that encourages dialogue between people all over the world.
Iranian International Brand: It is important to us at Daric to be a professional and transparent brand and to create a positive image of Iran and Iranian people.
Cutting edge: We believe working with Daric means striving to be a professional at the global level.
On 8 January 2020, the flight PS 752 from Tehran to Kyiv left Imam Khomeini Airport carrying 176 passengers. As we know, the flight ended in tragedy. The government has called the event a mistake but nothing will ease our sadness.
The husband of one of our Daric team members was on the plane; they had just gotten married three days before the accident and her grief was overwhelming. All of us at Daric felt her pain and did our best to support her.
The condolences and words of sympathy we received from our customers during these dark days meant so much to us. We are deeply touched that you were there for us.
After the accident, many airlines canceled flights into Iran and this has hugely affected the tourism industry in our country. A large number of travel agencies are refusing to send customers to Iran and some governments have made announcements that it is not safe to travel here. But we want to let you know that we are still working to keep our company strong, and serving our clients according to our values. We wish for peace all over the world and feel grateful for our friends, old, new, and those we’ve yet to meet!
