1. Qeshm Island (7 wonders Island)
Do you want to go somewhere that truly is unique? In the strait of Hormoz, in the Persian Gulf, in the south of Iran is a big island shaped like a fish. The average temperature on the island is approximately 27 °C (81 °F). The warmest months are June through August and the coldest from October to January. The warm temperatures make it a perfect destination for tourists looking for some warmth and sunshine in the fall and winter months.
The inhabitants are generations of fishermen. On what little cultivated land there is, dates and melons are grown. Salt is mined on the southeastern coast. Qeshm is famous for its wide range of ecotourist attractions such as the Hara marine forests. About 1.5% of the world’s birds and 25% of Iran’s native birds annually migrate to the forests on this island, which by the way is the first national geopark in Iran.
1.1. How to Travel to Qeshm Island?
There are plenty of possible ways to get to Qeshm Island. The easiest one is to get a plane directly to the Island. If you are on your way to the south to visit Shiraz or Bandar Abbas, you can catch a ferry from Shahid Haghani passenger port. The first ferry leaves at 6:00 am and the last one is at 10:00 pm, running every 30 minutes. It takes 50 minutes to get to Qeshm Island.
1.2. Qeshm Geopark
Qeshm Geopark is the only geopark in the Middle East and was registered with the Global Network of Geoparks (GGN) in Paris, on March 21, 2006. So far, 77 countries have been registered under the GGN.

The salt caves in the Qeshm’s Namakdan dome are named caves number one, two, and three, which cave one is for exhibition and it is open to tourists

One of the wonders of creation is that after 30 years when they are mature, the baby turtles hatched in this place return to their birthplace to lay eggs.
2. Hormoz The Rainbow Island in Persian Gulf Iran
There are a lot of islands in the world but Hormoz is one of the most unique. It is like a crayon box filled with 90 different colors. It also has an unusual red soil. Located in the Strait of Hormuz, 8 kilometers (5 mi) off the Iranian coast, the island is part of Hormozgan Province. Hormoz has tropical weather with humidity of up to 90%. The high season for the island is from November to April.

2.2. Portuguese Fort
The Portuguese Fort, or castle, is a red stone fortress on Hormuz Island. It is one of the last surviving monuments of Portuguese colonial rule in the Persian Gulf. The original site of the city was on the north shore of the Gulf, about 48 km (30 mi) east of the current Bandar Abbas. Around the year 1300, in response to attacks from the Tartars, they moved to the small island of Gerun, which can be identified as the Organa of Nearcho, about 19 km (12 mi) west and 8 km (5 mi) from the coast.
2.3. Silence Valley
Silence Valley is surrounded by mountains that are covered with crystalline salts. Since rock salts are said to emit positive energy, you can bask in the silence and feel your mood lift. 2.4. Rainbow Mountains & Valley
Hormoz Island is made of rainbow mountains. Here is a valley that has more than 70 shades of minerals. Discover your inner geologist and marvel at the black, white, blue, yellow, red… well, every color of the rainbow.

Imagine a beach so beautiful because it is red! Here the red oxide soil, which is called “Gelack”, has made the sand red. It’s not just a valuable mineral for industrial purposes, the locals also use it as a spice in their cuisine, such as sauces and jams.
3. Chabahar(4 springs)
Chabahar or ChaharBahar which means 4 springs, is a free trade zone on the edge of the Oman Gulf in the south of Iran. It lies on the border of Iran and Pakistan. Chabahr is the only ocean side port in Iran.
3.1. How to travel to Chabahar?
There is an airport about 45 minutes from the city of Chabahar. Or fly from Tehran – the journey by air is about 1:30 hrs. You can also travel to Chabahar by car or bus.
3.2. Pink Lake in Chabahr

Beris Port, also known as Berīs-e Bālā, is a village in the Sand-e Mir Suiyan Rural District, Dashtiari District, Chabahar County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran.
